Upon receiving parts from us, please check that the parts are correct as ordered. If received items are incorrect please inform us and we can exchange items. Incorrect items supplied must be returned to us before exchange can occur. Such items MUST be in new condition of re-saleable quality upon return.
Automatic bellhousings are not manufactured to suit the genuine original torque converter. Please contact an automatic transmission specialist for a torque converter correction.
Dellow Conversions Terms and Conditions (T & C)
- All goods returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- All sales are final and goods will not be accepted for return after 30 days.
- Goods returned must be accompanied by the original invoice and proof of purchase.
- Goods returned must be in a re-saleable condition and freight paid for by the customer.
- No claims will be considered if the item has been modified e.g. ground or re-drilled.
- In no event will Dellow Conversions be liable for any consequential or incidental damages including claims for labour charges or loss of revenue
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods you are purchasing can be legally fitted to the intended vehicle. Dellow Conversions will not be held responsible for any legal consequence as a result of the fitting of any engine or transmission adaptor kit.
- Any products installed in a vehicle used for racing or off-road voids warranty.
- WARNING: Certain State Laws and Regulations make the fitting of some motor accessories and performance equipment illegal on some model cars, other than those used for racing or off-road purposes. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods you are purchasing or selling can be legally fitted to your intended vehicle.
Warranties
- 90 days on reconditioned gearboxes. This does not cover broken gears or shafts.
- We can not be held responsible for any alterations made to products.
- We will not cover damage caused to products while installing into a vehicle.
- We will not warrant goods if they have not been fitted by a qualified mechanic.
- No product manufactured by Dellow Conversions can be altered, modified or re-welded without consent of Dellow Conversions.
- No warranty will be considered on any item that has been modified, ground or drilled without consent of Dellow Conversions.
- No warranty will apply to any components that are improperly installed.
Clutch Kits and or associated parts
- Fitments of these parts voids warranty : flywheel disc , clutch plate and pressure plate are not warranted once installed. These items are classified as used and cannot be claimed on warranty.
- Parts repaired or replaced is at the sole option of Dellow Conversions.
Return of Goods
- Goods for credit must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.
- All components must be in new condition and return freight paid by the customer. Proof of purchase must accompany any goods returned with valid reason for return.
- Engine mount and bracket kits are not refundable unless proven faulty.
- Goods that have been specially imported, made to order or purchased to order cannot be returned unless they are proved to be faulty.
- All goods returned will be subjected to a restocking fee of up to 20% except in the case of faulty goods.
