Description

New steel adaptor kit couples the Holden V8 trimatic block engine (1/2″ dowells) to a turbo hydro transmission (5/8″ dowells).  The simplicity of the  adaptor enables the starter motor and backplate to remain in-situ and the factory cross member is already slotted for movement of the transmission.  No tailshaft modification is generally required and the gearstick moves back only 15mm.

For customers with a Chev / Holden V8 304 308 turbo hydro block refer to the other adaptor kit for the Holden V8 trimatic transmission.

Not suitable for V6 TH700R transmission
