Description
This was the transmission that got the Australian conversion scene really excited back in the early 1980’s. Dellow Conversions pioneered the Toyota Celica with its 5-speed overdrive design to replace out-dated 3 and 4-speeds. Having a compact cast iron front housing, it quickly became known as the ‘Steel Case’ and is perfect in original vehicles where tunnel clearance is paramount. With a range of 4 stick positions, you will be able to install the shifter in the original console location. 30 years on and this transmission still enjoys an active life behind moderate powered Torana’s, Falcons across to Valiant’s.
