Land Cruiser 40 - 70 SERIES to GMH V8 253 304 308 - Conversion Kit

This bellhousing kit enables the installation of the Holden V8 into a Toyota Land Cruiser 40 / 60 / 70 Series with a manual H55 4-bolt gearbox. This kit is applicable to Land Cruiser's manufactured from 1973 to 1992, and also the 3F up to about 1996.

Toyota made numerous changes to the vehicle and transmission. To complete your order we will require transmission information where access is required to the gearbox front shaft, either by removing the engine or the bellhousing.

Conversion Notes

1. When ordering please specify engine block, Trimatic pattern or Turbo Pattern
2. The kit is made to use your factory clutch fork, thrust race & carrier and slave cylinder
3. Bellhousing uses an OEM Dust Cover from 60 / 70 Series Land Cruiser
4. Does not suit "B" series 4 cylinder Land Cruiser, refer to the "B" series kit for this conversion
5. IMPORTANT NOTE: Transmission is to be installed with two Dowel Pins
